Ravinder Singh Nagar
In June 2004, Ravinder Singh Nagar, a distinguished IBSA athlete, was selected by the Indian Olympic Association to participate in the Athens Olympic Torch Run in New Delhi, walking alongside celebrated Indian sports personalities.
Ram Karan Singh
Honored with the Arjuna Award in 2012, Ram Karan Singh earned national recognition for his outstanding performances in international competitions, becoming one of IBSA’s most accomplished athletes.
Dr. Satyapal Singh
As IBSA’s Chief Coach, Dr. Satyapal Singh was awarded the Dronacharya Award in 2012 for his exceptional coaching and contributions to the development of blind sports across India.
Ankur Dhama
Ankur Dhama made history by becoming the first Indian totally blind (B1) athlete to receive the Arjuna Award in 2018. He was also India’s first blind Paralympian, competing at the Rio Paralympics 2016 in track events.
